I am a cinematographer based in Toronto, Canada.
Recent films include THE RAINBOW KID (TIFF ’15), WORLD FAMOUS GOPHER HOLE MUSEUM (TIFF ’15) and MY PRAIRIE HOME (Sundance ’14, Vancouver Film Critics Circle Award, Canadian Screen Award Nominee). Other titles include TRU LOVE (Inside Out Audience Award, 13 additional international awards, Canadian Screen Award Nominee) and SLIP, which was awarded the Kodak Award for Best Cinematography at the Canadian Film Centre’s WSFF along with Best Experimental Film, and which was recently reissued by NOWNESS as part of the Director’s Cut collection.
Having their US premieres at the True/False film festival in 2016 are THE PRISON IN TWELVE LANDSCAPES, directed by Brett Story and financed through the Vital Projects Fund, and MICHAEL SHANNON MICHAEL SHANNON JOHN by longtime collaborator, director Chelsea McMullan (VIFF ’15). Currently in post-production is the narrative feature film BELOW HER MOUTH, directed by April Mullen and produced by Melissa Coghlan and Robert Lantos at Serendipity Point Films.
