Melody Miller is a cinematographer and a dedicated creative storyteller, who works to make a positive impact in the world by making narrative films and documentaries.

Melody graduated from UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television with a degree in Film, Television and Digital Media. Concentrating in Cinematography and Production.
She has won various film awards nationwide including the The Motion Picture Association of America Award, Women in Film Award, and the Loreen Arbus Cinematography Award.
Originally from the San Francisco/Bay Area, spent the early years of her life learning the french culture then moved to the middle east and lived there for 4 years which was a life changing adventure that started the roots of her filmmaking career.
She has experience working as a cinematographer with professional crews across the United States, China, and the United Kingdom. She has also worked as a first assistant camera for for CBS, ESPN, and NBC in addition to many features and narratives. And she is PADI certified deep ocean advanced diver.
Melody can work independently or build custom teams for each project bringing together reliable, fun, and creative crews who share the mission and values of the project, and get the job done, on time, and on budget. She currently works in Los Angeles, but is ready for travel.
